Partenariat avec la CPAM de la Savoie

Une convention de partenariat entre le Groupe ESC Chambéry Savoie et la Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie de la Savoie a été signée le 5 juillet dernier.

La démarche est récente pour la CPAM de la Savoie et s’inscrit dans une stratégie globale de management par la qualité selon Benoit Volkoff, sous directeur de la CPAM de la Savoie : « L’idée est de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires du monde de l’emploi et celui de l’enseignement, afin de promouvoir l’insertion des jeunes sur notre territoire.
L’ancrage territorial est important et c’est tout naturellement que nous nous sommes tournés vers le Groupe ESC Chambéry Savoie qui forme ses étudiants aux compétences tant commerciales et marketing qu’en ressources humaines ou contrôle de gestion. »

La CPAM de la Savoie propose ainsi des stages aux étudiants du Groupe ESC Chambéry Savoie qui pourront, si leurs compétences se révèlent positives, se traduire par des contrats de professionnalisation voir des propositions d’emploi. Actuellement, ce sont 6 stagiaires du Groupe ESC Chambéry Savoie qui ont été recrutés sur des postes de contrôle de gestion, ressources humaines et marketing.

« C’est leur ouvrir les portes des métiers de la sécurité sociale qui ne sont plus purement administratifs comme pourrait-on encore le penser ! Ils demandent désormais une réelle ouverture d’esprit axée sur la relation client. Comme n'importe quelle entreprise, nous recrutons nos futurs collaborateurs sur CV et entretiens. Au-delà de la recherche de compétences techniques, notre politique de recrutement repose avant tout sur la valorisation des savoir-faire et savoir-être. »

Et ce sont bien ces valeurs promues également par le Groupe ESC Chambéry Savoie qui ont constituées ce rapprochement avec la CPAM de la Savoie.

The International Master of Science in International Business Management is a 15-month generalist Master’s program. The program is taught entirely in English by lecturer-researchers and professionals. Courses in French as a Foreign Language are included in the program, however French is not a prerequisite for admission.

Students will finalize their studies by writing a thesis on International Business Management issues. They can at the same time do a French or international internship or study period abroad.

The objective of the International Master of Science in International Business Management is to train managers ready to work in an international context: managerial positions in Import-Export, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Marketing and Purchasing.

With a core curriculum of fundamentals in management theories and their applications (Cross Cultural Negotiation, Marketing, Strategy, Anglo-Saxon Accounting), we focus on negotiating and management techniques (Global Trade, Import-Export, Activity Reporting, International Business Development: challenges and Constraints).
