Head of Program
Edgar BELLOWEdgar is a native of Brazil. Prior to entering the field of academics, he was an airline pilot, traveling around the world to gain a multi-cultural perspective. While working in various International Organizations in Geneva, Switzerland, Edgar pursued his studies while developing his international leadership abilities. He received diplomas from University and Idheap of Lausanne, Switzerland (License-es-Sciences Politique and Master of Public Administration), specializing in Public Company Management From 1998 to 2002 Edgar studied in the United States , where he earned his MBA and Ph.D. degrees in Business Management at Prescott University in Arizona. He also has extensive experience teaching in various business schools and universities in Switzerland and Brazil .
Since 2004, Edgar has been teaching in a number of French graduate business schools at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, specializing in Regional Economics Integration and international Marketing/Business Management. His current research focuses on International Marketing Strategy, Airport Business Model Management, Leadership Management and Social Impact Management. When not teaching International Business, and Research, Edgar's favorite leisure is flying and walking in the tranquil mountains of Chambery.

Bachelor Programme Representative
Lingyan PRIOL
A native of China, Lingyan is a key part of the Bachelor team. She is responsible for relations with institutional partners, and for contacting potential candidates. During the program she also accompanies students and provides them with help dealing with practical matters (residence permits, social security…).
The faculty includes professors and international trade professionals who are both teaching and working in international business.
Alison CECCARELLO
Alison, a native of Britain , gained significant experience in communication and PR while working for the European Commission and as parliamentary assistant to a Member of the European Parliament. Moving into industry and services, she then worked for Rolls-Royce (Bruxelles) and for The Rowland Company, part of the Saatchi Group where she was in charge of external communication and media relations.
Now she teaches communication and PR, drawing on these several years of professional experience.
As many people of her generation she is part of a European family, with a French husband and two children.
Henri SIAUD
Henri has a very wide – ranging professional experience that has taken him from his native France to Japan and China , working there as a senior manager for major French firms (Rhodia, St Gobain). For the Rhodia Group he was VP and General Manager for Asia .
He holds a DEA in Labour Law from the University of Paris 1.
As well as English he speaks Japanese, and Chinese, acquiring competence in the latter by attending Jiaotong University .
Today he shares his considerable experience with his students while managing his own solar panel installation company.
Matthew U'REN-GERENTE
Matthew, a qualified lawyer, is an American national raised in France . He practises law in Grenoble while teaching international law to business students, for which he is well qualified in several ways. Although he completed his studies in the US he is now qualified to practise as a French lawyer. Secondly, as his name reflects, he also has northern European connections, speaking Norwegian and Russian as well as fluent French English and Spanish.
When not teaching or in his legal practice, Matthew can be seen up and down the French Alps on his mountain bike.
Martin MATHEWS
Martin originates from New Zealand and has been working for French enterprise and schools for many years. He holds an MBA from EM LYON, a DEA, and is currently preparing a doctorate in the field of strategy. Currently his research focuses on company clusters and strategy. International experience includes a year working in Singapore .
When not teaching, Martin's interests include following the All Blacks rugby team and trekking with his children through the Alps with a donkey called Kiwi.
Tarek MILOUD
Tarek holds both a doctorate and an MBA from the University of Louvain in Belgium., where he taught finance for several years. He has also worked in Paris , teaching at the School of International Trade (Ecole supérieure de commerce extérieure). His research interests focus on investor behaviour and stock exchange IPOs.
He has been in Chambéry for a short period of time and looks forward to discovering the Alpine mountains and lakes …and maybe even learning to ski!
Rodolphe OCLER
Rodolphe helps Bachelor students to understand some basics in research methodology. He holds a doctorate in management science, specialising in strategy. A fluent speaker of English, he spent a year studying for an undergraduate degree in Canada at the University of Toronto . Today his research interests include the study of martial arts and what they can teach us about strategic issues in management.
When not teaching strategy and research, Rodolphe teaches dancing, especially the salsa for which he is a qualified instructor.
Pascal GRANGER
Pascal, a French native, is an independent professional, a freight forwarding agent in the field of international transport, which he combines with teaching activities. He gained professional experience with Lyon transport companies before setting up his own service company.
A fluent speaker of English, he gained professional commercial experience in the USA and he enjoys going back there whenever he has the opportunity.
