Going abroad
A driving force in the development strategy of ESC Chambery Savoy ,the international dimension is essential to ESC Chambery.
You will be able to gain significant experience in an international environment ,for a period of at least a semester,, either through a work placement in a foreign company or by studying administration and management in one of our 47 partner universities or you could validate a double diploma, studying in one of the 13 registered courses that are proposed.
The validation of a period abroad is compulsory in order to obtain a diploma.
For this, several levels of preparation are necessary
- Two courses, one on the economy and international development and the other on the development of an awareness of intercultural management
- Lessons given in a foreign language several times during your studies.
- An international semester during the specialization major
- Daily contact with international students and visiting professors from our partner universities
- Weekly language lessons according to your level and self study practice : 2 languages are compulsory - English and a chosen second language (German, Spanish or Italian)
- The possibility to study a third modern language
Even another reason to go
In the case of foreign academic studies, ESC Chambery Savoie recognises the international equivalent: therefore all credits obtained by an ESC Chambery Savoie student abroad can be validated by the School ( 1 semester =30 ETCS credits) according to the European norm. A similar arrangement is applicable for international students who are welcomed into the ESC programme.
