BTS Management of Business Units
Do you wish to take the responsibility for (part of or the whole of) a business unit ?
We propose the ‘BTS Management of Business Units’.
This training will provide with the basic skills necessary for carrying out the following missions:
- managing of a business unit,
- managing client relations,
- managing and handling a products and services proposal.
- researching and exploiting the information necessary for the business activity
Having direct contact with the customers, you will attract them, and welcome them by your actions and sell them the products and /or services that correspond to their expectations thus creating customer loyalty.
Person in charge of supplier relations, you will be careful to permanently adapt your business proposition according to the evolving market. You will ensure the balance between development and the human resources management of the business unit that you will manage, according to your objectives and under the authority of the directors

Rhythm of the work study
The specificity of the training is its rhythm of School-Company work study which is specific and attractive for candidates and companies:- First two months: 2 weeks studies and 2 weeks in a company
- 1 week of lessons and 3 weeks in a company
- school studies for the last 6 weeks of the 2nd year in order to prepare for the examinations.

Admission
Conditions for admission are as follows :
- To have an A level qualification or equivalent,
- Fill in the pre-selection dossier ,
- Be recruited for a work study contract by an company,
- Present your project in front of a jury during your interview to assess your motivations.
20 to 25 places are available per school year.
